Meet the founder
Jude Louis
Jude built O.S.C.A.R. after watching brilliant, hard-working people lose out to slick presenters who leaned on style and charm. We were taught that more detail means a better explanation. In the boardroom, you rarely get more than a few minutes. O.S.C.A.R. closes that gap.
His career began at IBM (Mesiniaga) in 1991, followed by consulting with RogenSI in Australia and PA Consulting in the UK. In 1999 he founded his own firm, today Oscar Initiatives, and has since delivered more than 15,000 training hours, coaching over 10,000 people across ASEAN, the Middle East, the US and the UK.
