Meet Jude Louis
Having witnessed first hand how brilliant and hard-working people consistently lose to slick and polished presenters who rely on style and charm, Jude saw a learning gap in the education system.
Our education system emphasises detailed explanations and technical lectures. In the corporate world you rarely have more than a few minutes before the audience is reaching for their smartphones.
Jude started his career at IBM in 1991 before joining two consulting firms, RogenSI (Australia) and PA Consulting (UK). In 1999 he founded Oscar Initiatives Sdn Bhd, refining the Oscar Presentation Skills method over more than 15,000 training hours and coaching more than 10,000 people across ASEAN, the US, the UK, Afghanistan and Dubai.
